Privacy policy
Effective September 3, 2026. Applies to meiotic.com only. Our products, including vablet, vabletNotes, Yonderly and misheard.app, each have their own privacy policy.
Meiotic, Inc. runs meiotic.com as a company information page. It is a short site and it collects very little. This page says exactly what.
What we collect
- The contact form. If you send us a message we receive your first name, last name, email address and company, plus your phone number and comments if you choose to give them. Nothing on the form is collected until you press Send.
- Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which briefly records the IP address and the page requested for every visit in order to run and protect the service. We do not read or keep these records.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends its IP address to Google to fetch them, as it does for any web resource.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not record your IP address when you use the contact form.
Why we collect it
We use what you enter on the contact form for two things: to reply to you, and to keep a record of who asked us for information so that we can follow up. That is all.
Where it is kept
Your message is delivered to our mailbox through Brevo, an email service provider, and your name, email address, company and phone number are stored as a contact record in our Brevo account. Brevo stores its data in the European Union. Cloudflare delivers the site and handles the form submission on its way to Brevo.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as we have a business reason to, and we delete them when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send the request through the contact form or call 800.615.4296. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor them for everyone.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
